Exhibition: Shifting Objects – Shifting Values
3daysofdesign, Copenhagen, June 18–20, 2025 - Curated by Studio Jonathan Radetz, in collaboration with World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026.
Tanja Kirst Studio participated in the group exhibition Shifting Objects - Shifting Values, part of an ongoing series supporting the World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026. Presented during 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, the exhibition featured works by Danish and German designers and craftspeople, including Anker Bak, Studio OE, Studio Sarmite, M. L. Stein, Haus Otto, ReVærk Arkitektur, Tanja Kirst Studio, Form22, Steinkultivierer, Metallmanufaktur Dirk Velte, and Bennecker Bespoke.
For the exhibition, Tanja Kirst Studio presented a tapestry and a handwoven rug, developed through a material-driven process rooted in traditional weaving techniques and contemporary form. The works responded to the exhibition’s themes of shifting material values, cultural narratives, and the evolving role of craft in design.
